Asthetic Township Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a flamboyant Real – Estate firm in the Commercial division. The firm was established in the year of ….. The founder of the firm is Mr. Vijay Kumar Yadav who had a vision of developing a unique model with a combination of a high – end retail and office spaces. This was a decision based on the vision of the founder for welcoming international brands to expand their business in Gurugram, India as well.
Asthetic Township Developers Pvt. Ltd. began designing a unique model with their team of architects and engineers. The design initially was a beautiful cube building consisting of first two floors of retail spaces and 15 stories of office spaces. The design had a magnificent feature on the outer glaze of the building representing a peacock feather. However, the team decided to change the design after the FAR was increased and the existing design was not feasible for a tall building. After many revisions, the design was finalized to a tall building of 16 floors, in a magnificent, contemporary, and efficient way with a high- end retail space with double height ceilings and a food court.
Asthetic Township Developers Pvt. Ltd. recently joined with the famous Bharti Realty Limited who is the Real-estate arm of Bharti Enterprises to execute this project. Together we hope to build a better future.
